Spring Cleaning *IMPORTANT PLZ READ*

As sum of u kno we have a bunch of members but we only have the regulars on and active.....upon hearing requests from Carly and Yusei i will be cleaning out the list on this coming Monday or Tuesday which ever works best for Darkness and Astral.

Originally we were going to have this meeting via STEAM, but if any others without STEAM would like to assist us in this matter and attend the meeting we can hold it on the teams server or here in the forum chat so others can participate and share ideas too....this meeting will not just be about cleaning out the inactive members but to also talk about watever and plan sum next steps for the team and wat not.

U DO NOT have to be a leader to join in, as i value everyone in the teams opinions equally.

so leave a comment here if letting me kno on which day Mon or Tues u wanna have the meet and greet and where u wanna have it, STEAM, the forum chat, our server.

**for those of u who do not have steam its free to download**

1. Can we do it on a different day? Friday/SAturday maybe? I am home by that, if it's not to much trouble.
2. You need to actually purchase a game on Steam before you can add friends. I've tried, I know

well, for me the day isnt really the main question its the time. also a good idea might be to use skype or something to do it but out of the options provided i think that the team server would be a safer bet

question if they arent online at the forum will they get banned?

actually u dont need to have a game in order to add ppl on steam....cuz astral is on my list and he doesnt have a steam game that i kno of

and i dunno jesse imma wait to see when ppl wanna have it then.....ok new plan since Mon and Tues dont work.....its gonna be sumtime next week so just lemme kno wat day works best, i wanna try and have more ppl involved

im fine for anytime thursday or friday as far as i know, however it might be best to have it take place like 7pm GMT just incase

I'm fine with either having the meeting on the forum chat or the team server, which ever one works best for everyone. Also I'll be on pretty much every day of the week.

I know a web thats a free chat that we can create a room and discuss this matter, only thing its bad its 10 person max. per room, but Idk if more ppl than that in the same room chatting will be able to follow a single conversation correctly, belive me I tryed.

So yeah, this is an option or we can do it on locked team server (with pw) just so we can have the chat for ourselfes, so IDK, we will see bout that.

If you mean the week after Mon or Tus, then I will be able to if we put after 3 PM GMT

i forgot Monday is Easter monday so i changed my mind about that since ppl may still be away....so starting Tues and during next week i wanna try and do this

Ok since the majority have stated that that Thursday, Friday or sumtime this weekend would work best thats when we gonna have it....so just lemme know which day and time.....im changing it to a end of the week/ weekend meeting since ppl other then the leaders wanted to be present and participate.....so we will be meeting on our server during which ever day and time u guys want, so just lemme know by wednesday night which day and time so we can set the server up and stuff

like i said, im fine with any day so long as it takes place after 7pm GMT

thursday, friday or saturday actually work best for me which is why i wanted to have it then since i forgot to take into account my school stuff for this week, so imma try and get all my assignments in early so we can hold the meeting then

ok so i spoke with Astral and Friday works best for him too.....it will have to at around 3pm EST US time zone for him since he will be at a meeting for college and we may not have the server set up for private use until then.....i apologize in advance if any who wanted to attend cannot make it, but i shall post a follow up on the forums on wat will happen during the meeting, update the team list and so on and so forth.
